Chiffon georgette with flowers is a light, thin and slightly transparent fabric that is usually made of synthetic fibers such as polyester. It has a characteristic slightly rough and grainy surface, which is due to the special weaving technique where the threads are strongly twisted before being woven. This gives the fabric both a soft, but also a slightly “crackly” feel to the touch.
